系统简介：

Brief introduction

    全自动X射线工程车轮胎检测系统是工程车轮胎专用检测设备。该系统由高频高压X射线系统、数字成像系统、机械运动系统、电气控制系统、X射线防护系统、视频监视系统等组成。

The system is designed for OTR tire. It includes high frequency and voltage X-ray system, digital imaging system, mechanical motion system, tire identifying system, control system, X-ray protection system, video monitor system and so on.

■高精密机械运动系统，使轮胎在检测过程中具有较高的定位精度和速度控制，从而保证得到最好的图像质量。

The tire can be controlled accurately during the inspection cycle due to the high precision motion mechanism. It can offer an excellent image.
■采用 CMOS线性探测器，动态范围 12 bit。

■采用移动的小车将轮胎自动送入铅房，轮胎在小车上直接旋转检测的方式，从而避免了在铅房内用吊车起吊轮胎而损伤设备和人员的风险。

The tire can be placed at its inspecting position automatically by the moving loader, which avoids the risk caused by using the hoisting machine in the lead cabin.
